iv been having a teribal day!!!

brakefast- tea 0 Callories 1/2 of a biscotti 75 Callories

Lunch- a tiny bight if scone-5? host (from church) 3? slice of tomato- 15? and a slice of bread 75

Dinner- soy chips- 150

exsersize- ??? ill burn at least 600 callories but i feel sick
