    <content type="html">3-25-07&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;iv been having a teribal day!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;brakefast- tea 0 Callories 1/2 of a biscotti 75 Callories&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lunch- a tiny bight if scone-5? host (from church) 3? slice of tomato- 15? and a slice of bread 75&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dinner- soy chips- 150&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;exsersize- ??? ill burn at least 600 callories but i feel sick&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;(5'2"&lt;br /&gt;currant weight 90.2&lt;br /&gt;want to be weight 75&lt;br /&gt;bmi 17.5&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;gross)</content>
